To help us verify your accreditation status, you'll need to submit specific documents based on the Accredited Investor criteria you meet. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll need to provide:
If your income over the past 12 months is at least SGD $300,000, please submit:
- Payslips
- Income tax statements
- A letter of certification from your employer on company letterhead
If your net financial assets exceed SGD $1 million (excluding property), please submit:
- Bank statements (inclusive of SRS holdings)
- Brokerage account statements
- Insurance policy documents for investment-linked policies (ILPs), endowment plans and retirement plans
- Company's shareholder registry or equivalent (e.g. Singapore ACRA Bizfile) and the company's balance sheet from the last 12 months for shares of a private company
If your net personal assets are over SGD $2 million (of which your primary residence can only contribute up to SGD $1 million), please submit:
- CPF statements
- For fully paid properties:
- Property deed and a bank valuation report
- For properties that have not been fully paid:
- Sales and purchase agreement, mortgage statement, and a bank valuation report.
- Crypto statements of which the value will have a haircut of 50% and a maximum of SGD $200,000.
- Any of the documents accepted under net financial assets
Please ensure that these documents include your name and are dated no more than three months prior to the date of submission.
